A day out

The weather has cooled down enough to get outside and really enjoy being active without getting so hot that you feel horrible. Yesterday we took advantage of the nice weather and took a walk around Duke Gardens. As always, it was beautiful and we had a great time. We walked for an hour which left me a little too tired but we will make up for it by relaxing on the beach Monday :).

now that puts me in a good mood.

Lately I have been searching for things to put me in a good mood. Here are my top ten things, complete with pictures and links, so you can discover them too!

Caution: this is a very superficial list, I did not put things like : family, friends, Christ, or my hubby on here, all those make me extremely happy, but this is my list of physical things that make me happy :)

1. Breyers Fried Ice cream flavor ice cream

(which was buy 1 get 1 at harris teeter!!)












2. Regular Mt. Dew














3. Vampire Novels...(okay maybe this one is cheesy, but I LOVE them!!)















4. Music by The White Stripes and Maroon 5
















5. Watching Lost, Heroes, or TrueBlood













6. Tennis Shoes and Comfy Jeans














7. Chinese Food...especially beef and garlic sauce from The Golden China or home made Red Curry chicken....yum


8. A nice walk at Duke Gardens


9. A trip to Nags Head, NC


10. Going out to the dog park with Lela. Or Shopping at AC Moore :)
